LISD construction project to cause road closure
The utilities contractor, MTZ Construction for the new Laredo Independent School District Transportation Facility will be closing East Locust Street, between Springfield Avenue and Monterrey Avenue, Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The work will consist of a water main lowering, and two water connections for the new facility.
